Sourjya C Lahiri has worked across several domains, including renewable energy, over a career spanning more than 21 years. His commitment to renewable energy became permanent in 2018, when he took charge of his first renewable energy business in India and went on to be nominated as one of the 40 Under 40 by Solar Quarter India.
Through Crossfield, he brings that experience and a strong drive to improve living costs for people in Mauritius while establishing world-class engineering and execution standards with Crossfield Infrastructure and quality products under the L'Econergy brand.
Sourjya leads the engineering and product group from the front, with a focus on accountability, reliability and long-term value for customers, partners, employees and investors as the wider group expands into larger projects, better products and new business territories.
